Formed for More: The Story Behind the Brand
I’ve lived in a time when distraction felt normal and depth felt rare.
Trying to live well was hard enough. But trying to grow—deeply, intentionally, spiritually—in this world? That felt nearly impossible.
I’ve worn a lot of hats: soldier, minister, husband, friend, coach. Each season shaped me in different ways. The Army taught me discipline, but it also planted habits I had to unlearn. Ministry gave me purpose, but sometimes at the cost of my health. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was good at pouring out… but not always at filling up.
After one especially raw season of burnout and personal reset, I knew I needed something more integrated—something that brought faith, health, emotion, purpose, and relationships into one whole life. That’s where Formed for More began.
Not just a phrase. A truth.
We are all being formed—every day—by what we consume, avoid, love, and repeat. The question isn’t if we’re being formed, but into what?
So what is this all about?
Formed for More is a framework for whole-life formation rooted in the belief that we were created to live deeply, not just efficiently. It’s about growing in eight key dimensions of life—spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, relational, vocational, movement, and lifelong formation. It’s a rhythm of intentional growth, shaped by Scripture, science, and honest practice.
This isn’t a “master your morning” program. It’s not about perfection or productivity. It’s about presence. Progress. Real formation.
Who is this for?
For the overworked and the soul-weary. For the spiritually curious and the physically tired. For those who want more than a to-do list and long for a life that’s both grounded and growing. It’s for you!
Whether you’re starting over or just trying to take your next faithful step—this space is for you.
You don’t have to optimize every area at once. You don’t have to have it all figured out. But you can take your formation seriously. You can become the kind of person who grows through what they go through.
That’s what we’re building here.
A movement of people becoming more grounded, more present, more fully alive—formed for more.
Let’s begin again.
